#1 The Real World: 切ない現実: Ally defends a woman in her late-30's accused of having sex with a minor. She finds herself drwan to the boy. Richard finds himself unsatisfied a little. John aproaches him about hiring an attractive attorney Nelle.

#2 They Eat Horses, Don't They?: 彼女のやり方: Nelle represents a client Ling who is sueing a radio shock jock for causing sexual harassment at her factory. Ally is involved in the case as the second attorney. John defends a restaurateur who served horsemeat.

#3 Fools Night Out: 別れの真相: Ally is asked to help a minister who is troubled with his ex-lover. In its meditation, Ally finds out why Billy left her. The client Ling sues not a plastic surgeon but his nurse for misrepresenting her natural breasts as implants.

#4 It's My Party: 男と女の処世術: An editor for a feminist magazine is fired for being of the Baptist faith. Ally defends him and wins, but she is hold in contempt of court. Nelle helps her out, by telling Judge not to have a bias against attractive women. Ally finds herself drawn to the client Elaine's date.

#5 Story of Love: 友達の恋人: Ally defends a woman who threw her best friend into a garbage canister after learning she had stolen away her boyfriend. Ironically, Ally is stealing Elaine's boyfriend. An accident befalls John's beloved frog, and Nelle shows a different side to her 'cold' facade.

#6 Worlds Without Love: 忘れられない人: A nun sues for damages after she is fired for breaking her vow of celibacy. Ally confesses to a priest about her love affair. Whipper is thinking of reuniting with Richard, misimformed by Ally about him, decides to surprise him. John's once-thought-dead frog reappears.

#7 Happy Trails: 突然の旅立ち: Judge Boyle suddenly drops dead in court. A woman with orange-colored skin sues her employer for wrongful termination. John is engrossed in a first kiss simulation to Nelle. Ally finally shakes the pesky Wallace. Ling rescues Stefan the frog from a suicide jump.

#8 Just Looking: 罪作りな視線: Richard and John go undercover at Ling's mud wrestling club. Ally gets stuck in the unisex toilet. Georgia finds herself attracted to a man she once dated. He asks her to make a kiss.

#9 You Never Can Tell: 決めつけないで: As Thanksgiving approaches, Ling sues an employee for having sexual thoughts about her. Ally double-dates and gets her fingers stuck in a bowling ball. Nelle puts pressure on John to date her.

#10 Making Spirits Bright: 汚れなき魂: As Christmas approaches, Fish's biggest client is fired from his job after he lets a word slip out about seeing a unicorn. Renee's old boyfriend returns and attempts to rekindle the romance, although he has a pregnant wife.

#11 In Dreams: 夢で会えたら: Ally's beloved former teacher, now on her deathbed, prefers living in her dreams. Ally seeks a court order that would force a hospital to place her in a coma. Ling informs Fish that Nelle has tired of John's lack of sexual aggressiveness.

#12 Love Unlimited: 愛の賞味期限: Ally defends a woman whose husband of 9 years wants to annul their marriage on the grounds that he is a "sexaholic" and was incompetent when he was pledged to marry her. Things heat up for John and Nelle.

#13 Angels and Blimps: 天使と飛行船: Ling surprises the firm with an unbelievable revelation. A young leukemia sufferer wishes to sue God. He asks Ally to be his lawyer. Richard and John defend a client accused of attempted murder.

#14 Pyramids on the Nile: あの日に帰りたい: Ling asks Richard to hire her as attorney. A company fires two employees for breaking its "date and tell" office policy. Billy grows jealous when he sees Greg and Ally kissing.

#15 Sideshow: 忍びあい: After a kiss with Billy, Ally is in a daze. Then, she receives a visit from Greg and Billy at home. Ally calls her therapist. Meanwhile, Georgia thinks that Billy's unusual behavior arises from Nelle.

#18 Those Lips, That Hand: 愛しくて虚しくて: Ally and John defend a man accused of murder who insists he cut off his wife's hand after she was dead. Billy and Georgia defend a job loser who tries to hide his baldness by raising a side-part hair.

#19 Let's Dance: 女の敵は女: Billy and Georgia have started to see a marriage counselor, Dr Hooper, who thinks Ally should join. Ally agrees to see her in an effort to patch up thier marriage. Nelle, John and Richard defend the chief partner of another law firm, who denies mother lawyers as partner.

#20 Only the Lonely: 傷つきたくない症候群: Elaine's Face Bra infomercial debuts. The firm defends a boss who encouraged a monthly "Beach Day." John and Nelle go on their first date.

#21 The Green Monster: ジェラシーは緑色: Ally hires an escort to make Greg jealous. Georgia gets a hot new look. John tries to defend a revengeful wife.

#22 Love's Illsions: 愛は幻: John and Ally defend a wife accused of fraud. Fish finally gets Ling into bed. Billy and Georgia remedy their "stalled" love life.

#23 I know Him by Heart: 会える日を信じて: Ally's Al Green hallucinations get out of control. Lesbian sociologist Margaret Camaro becomes a client.
